This piece was inspired by the fruit and vegetable markets. One of my favourite things to do on the weekend is to perouse a beautiful foodie market and take my time selecting fresh, crisp fruits and vegetables. I love the way that produce straight from the farm has its own distinct smell especially celery with its long slender shape and a crunchy texture. My hope is that this painting brings colour, joy and a sense of calm to your space.
