“Gumnuts” is inspired by the park near my home — the place I wander through most days with my dog, where the air feels fresher and everything slows down just a little. Surrounded by eucalyptus trees, fallen leaves, and scattered gumnuts, it’s where I go to clear my head and reconnect.
This piece is a reflection of that feeling — of stepping away from the noise, breathing deeply, and remembering what it feels like to simply be.
